2. Over three years of experience in the development of intelligent controllers and MPPT controllers, capable of independently handling both software and hardware development.

4. Solid hardware foundation.
**Development Assistant Engineer (2024 Fresh Graduate) (1 position)**
1. Full-time undergraduate degree to be obtained in 2024.
2. Relevant majors include Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation.
3. Strong hands-on skills in electronic product fabrication; participated in electronic design competitions during university.
4. Ambitious and willing to develop under the guidance of our company’s development engineers.
**PCB Design Engineer (1 position)**
1. Aged 22-30, with a diploma or higher in a relevant electronics field.
2. More than two years of experience in PCB layout.
3. Familiar with PCB processes and inspection standards; proficient in PCB design software.
4. Deep understanding of EMI, capable of effectively handling shielding, filtering, grounding, and other issues in circuits.
5. Strong communication skills, good team spirit, high dedication, strong execution, high integrity, and excellent service awareness.
**Workshop Technician (1 position)**
1. Diploma or higher in Electronics.
2. Familiar with the processes and common equipment used in electronic factories.
3. Ability to write operation instructions.
4. Experience in electronic product repair and SMT operation is preferred.
